Email Addresses and Such

Before emailing us, please keep a couple things in mind:

1. The Earlham College Database Administrators group (DBA Group) works with Computing Services managing the College's databases and we are responsible for the development and support of WebDB.
2. The DBA group is not responsible for maintaining the academic data displayed by WebDB; for questions about your transcript and grades or specific information about courses, please contact the Registrar's Office.
3. Please make sure that your problem is indeed an error that we can fix. You might first ask at the ECS HelpDesk for help before sending us an email. By taking this simple step, you can reduce our workload ten-fold. Thank you.
