Today I was finally able to get rpm2html working. It took compiling it on the machine in my room, and then moving the binary over to my home directory. This way I was able to remove the sql support that RedHat compiled into the package version and get it to work properly using the ACL. Regardless, there now is now a page here that has the generated content. This page mimics the appearance of rpmfind but uses the packages that I downloaded to to my home directory, and those which were installed on the ACL. This simplifies the creation of the RPM listing that we need for the ACL Information pages since all that needs to be done is for the program to be run with the appropriate config file and you get the listing. Its a really nice utility. Spent most of my time on that due to the fact that before I came up with the idea of just moving the binary, I was attempting to set-up a MySQL server on my personal machine so that I could use that with RedHat's binary. That process took some time and lead to a dead end since once I got the SQL server up and running, rpm2html causes a SegFault...

Finished cleaning up the ACL image today. It's not perfect, but it now doesn't contain any extra devel packages.Still need to get AlphaShapes onto the image though. Have yet to put it on due to some of the confusion this summer.

Took today off... Spent some of the day reading, but other than that, had fun. Happy 4th of July...

Spent a good part of the day re-writing some of the ACL documentation so that it is current. Still haven't finished the Linux-Installation HowTo but made significant progress. Worked a little on getting Gated working, but didn't make much progress. Did some reading here and there, but still have plenty more to do.
