References to Things I mention in Class

Instead of maintaining separate pages with reference information to people, places, things, etc. for each class I teach they are all gathered here. These are things that were somewhat tangential to the class at hand. Links to a textbook, homework, etc. for a particular course can be found on the homepage for that course.
